1. Introduction

Welcome to Esthetic Glow. By using our services and online store, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive services or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • Consultation: A consultation may be required before any procedures. During this, we will assess your skin type and determine the best treatment options.

  • Health Information: You must provide accurate health information. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in compromised treatment results.

3. Online Store

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our online store are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Payment: All payments must be processed through secure payment methods available on our site. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

  • Shipping & Returns:

    • Shipping: We offer standard shipping. Delivery times may vary.

    • Returns: All products purchased online directly from Esthetic Glow are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

      Esthetic Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered. 

      Esthetic Glow is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

      Esthetic Glow is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery. 

4. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment treatment. Cancellations under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service.

No calls and no show will be charged 100% of the service. Please arrive on time, as you have a designated time slot.  Arriving late will cut into your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule and you will be charged a fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment treatment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Esthetic Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website.

7. Amendments

Esthetic Glow reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
