All products purchased online directly from Esthetic Glow are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Esthetic Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by carriers. If your package is missing and marked delivered, a claim should be filed directly with the carrier.
Esthetic Glow is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment/unit numbers provided by the customer.
Esthetic Glow is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Shipping Policy:
While Esthetic Glow products can be shipped to PO boxes, we do not recommend PO box shipments to ensure prompt and reliable delivery.
Standard shipping is sent via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and/or DHL.
Expedited and Express shipping is sent via UPS or FedEx.
